My mission is to empower you to discover, accept, and honor who you are—imperfections and all. Learn how to connect with your body, listen to your intuition, and cultivate skills and practices to maintain a sense of calm. These skills will help you build a life that attracts the relationships and opportunities that are right for you.

Adults

Are you frustrated with your current direction in life? Do you chronically feel stressed, fatigued, and find yourself constantly spinning your wheels and getting nowhere?

In our one-on-one sessions, you’ll discover how to:

Teens

The teen years are riddled with land mines. Young adults who do not master the challenges of solid identity formation blossom into adults with unhealthy boundaries, poor self-esteem, and lackluster relationships. I work alongside young adults to support and empower them to learn healthy coping skills, identify core values, and confidently express themselves in order to increase self-esteem and resilience.

When I work with teens during this turbulent and stressful period of their lives, we focus on tools that help them:

  • Learn language and strategies to deal with difficult emotions

  • Understand what is happening in their brains and bodies

  • Form life-changing patterns that honor who they are and how they want to express themselves

 

Parenting

Emotion Coaching teaches parents how to attune, be truly present, and understand what’s going on with their child before offering solutions or correcting behavior. These strategies strengthen the parent-child relationship and allow children to gain vital life skills.

The Emotion Coaching approach will deepen your connection with your child so that you can teach them life-long strategies for improved well-being.

Parents will be able to:

  • Learn how to recognize, respond, and validate a child’s feelings

  • Identify ways to set limits and help children problem-solve

  • Describe ways to express empathy and understanding
