My mission is to empower you to discover, accept, and honor who you are—imperfections and all. Learn how to connect with your body, listen to your intuition, and cultivate skills and practices to maintain a sense of calm. These skills will help you build a life that attracts the relationships and opportunities that are right for you.

The EMBODY™ framework supports this process by guiding us through six phases—Expand, Move, Breathe, Open, Deepen, Yield—to gently unwind patterns, cultivate regulation, and root into a more integrated way of being. It’s a map for returning to yourself—body, mind, and spirit.

Adults

Parenting

Emotion Coaching teaches parents how to attune, be truly present, and understand what’s going on with their child before offering solutions or correcting behavior. These strategies strengthen the parent-child relationship and allow children to gain vital life skills.

The Emotion Coaching approach will deepen your connection with your child so that you can teach them life-long strategies for improved well-being.

Parents will be able to:

  • Learn how to recognize, respond, and validate a child’s feelings

  • Identify ways to set limits and help children problem-solve

  • Describe ways to express empathy and understanding
